Some possible explanations for the contradictory finding include the small sample sizes of the studies, the lack of multicenter or large-sample size studies to verify the reproducibility and generalizability of the results, and the effect of discontinuation conditions and depression itself on the validation of the conclusions of the Chengdu-based study (Figure 1)
