This lettering is slightly clipped at the top and bottom indicating some sanding

The grip is well soiled and has some loss to the cork and some ridging in places (though it is perfectly serviceable)

Two-screw latch plate with a reversible single screw nickel silver line guard that can be set up for either RHW or LHW (it is currently set up for LHW)

Lightly used condition with some very minor rim rash to the frame edges

The rod weighs 5 5/8 oz

Made in England. There is one small mounting mark on one end of the foot but I could find no sign that the reel has been fished at all.
