The palate has bold flavors of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, with hints of bitter dark chocolate, and mushroom. Finishes warm, silky, and long. This wine has a big ripe core of concentrated fruit and a bright, fresh profile. Hand picked and hand sorted, then fermented in small open top
