For sale here is a wood carving of a Coho Salmon made by Eric Knowlton of Alaska
The bamboo is a spiral node pattern and oven tempered to a chestnut color
with some light soiling to the grip and some cosmetic casting cracks to the ferrule wraps
Spool width -- 1 1/4"
This nodeless piece of art is just magnificent in every way and I could go on with expletives all day but you know what I'm talking about if you have ever seen or cast one
Bellinger Spey Reel 4" Salmon and Steelhead Rods For sale here is aA rare Bellinger Spey Reel, 4" in diameter and set up for LHW. I've come across very few of this model. 1 3 8" spool width, and weighs13. 3 ounces on my scale, with the backing loaded on it. Traditional S handle design with delrin sideplates, aluminum spool, stainless pillars, and german silver oil cap, handle cap & screw, and counterbalance. The reel has a strong non adjustable click (which I'm told is convertible from LHW to RHW). Near mint
