Domaine Jacques Carillon Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay 2022 White Wine 75cl New-product blueberries and plumSince the 17th century, the family behind Domaine Jacques Carillon have preferred to keep things simple. Their philosophy? Exceptional vineyard management and careful handling will bring out the best in the grapes. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels followed by a further 6 months in stainless steel vats, this 2022 Chassagne Montrachet Chardonnay is a testament to that ethos, offering a medium bodied palate of honey, steam ginger and yellow fruit.
