MARS VOLTA - Octahedron 2LP (colour vinyl) world Includes D/L codeLimited edition red and yellow transparent double vinyl. Fifth album from the El Paso progressive rockers. They initially touted this as their 'pop' album, but 'Octahedron' is just as proggy and psychedelic as anything that came before, albeit a little more subdued and less prone to freakouts. Guitar giants Omar Rodriguez Lopez and John Frusciante are all over this, so expect a lot of effects steeped riffing and soloing.
