Bill Ballan Fly Reel 13' It has been cleaned butA little Bill Ballan small trout reel, 2 5 8" in diameter. Neutral bias that allows for reeling in either direction with a satisfying click. The reel currently has a line loaded on it and is set up for RHW. Black side plates with a silver frame and foot with a silver spool and crank handle. "Bill Ballan" engraved into the counterbalance.
