Spurred on by a democratic process
Sick pop rhythms grinding thru the wasteland
yet at a density so jagged and calculated that bones will snap casually and constantly
Why they do not match with the body of the record is because this is not an experimenting
" a shining example of Cartwright's ability to tastefully and poetically lay down heartbreaking ballads
NIGHT BEATS - s/t LP (colour vinyl) zine Spurred on by a democraticLimited edition of 200 copies on pink and orange sunburst colour vinyl. Highly recommended. Night Beats sound like if The Monks and The 13th Floor Elevators collaborated with modern production and gear. This is not only one of the best garage rock records of 2011, but one of the best records of the decade.
