Murderess In A Purple Dress

It's quite a shame that more people don't know about it outside of our fair city

feel even as the music exudes a timeless quality

I opened the front door for a breath of fresh air and the neighbors gave us a standing ovation

TIM BUCKLEY - s/t LP ambient Murderess In A Purple DressThis is a baroque folk pop and singer songwriter record with pleasant psychedelic flourishes, and a knack for pop hooks and somewhat chamber infused, ornate instrumentation. Buckleys then still very boy ish tenor voice, the partly lush and slightly medieval arrangements and the alluring, gentle atmosphere makes for a record that borders on the cutesy and overly sentimental every now and then.
