Peter Lauer, Riesling No. 6 "Senior" Mosel, Germany 2025 newarrival Spontaneous fermentation and maturation onPerhaps more than most wines in Lauers stable, the Senior is a wine that sits perfectly poised between austerity and minerality. Peter Lauer's Senior Riesling is a dry wine (legally Trocken with only ten grams RS), yet the extreme density of the wine and concentration give it a certain polish. Generous and heady, the wine exudes perfumes of stone fruit and citrus. Absolutely spectacular.
