Titanopsis schwantesii (Klein Karas mg. 1878.3) conophytum wettsteinii January 2025

January 2025

Nice lines

One of the most popular Gibbaeums

while the plant is leafless

Du Plooy' motherstock and now only harvest from the 'ex Mesa Garden stock' which seems to be of better lineage and purity

Titanopsis schwantesii (Klein Karas mg. 1878.3) conophytum wettsteinii January 2025Compact rosettes with bone white leaves, for me this is the most beautiful form of the primosii schwantesii complex. Unfortunately it is somewhat reluctant to flower and slower growing then the forms that grow further south, but it does eventually make a very large and handsome cluster. Klein Karas Grunau region, Namibia (mg. 1878. 3)
