Pallini Limoncello 50cl Fine Wine Bordeaux With aromas of wild strawberriesPallini has been one of Rome's most important drinks producers since 1875. Their Limoncello is built around a single ingredient: the Sfusato lemon, grown exclusively on the terraced groves of the Amalfi Coast, hand harvested and pesticide free. The Sfusato is not an ordinary lemon. Known locally as the "bread lemon" for its edible peel, it is prized for its low acidity, sweet taste, and unusually large size, with a thick skin rich in essential oils.
