Gold Star / Track Origin_Ohio Fermented in Oak BarrelsGold Star is an 8% Hazy Double IPA we made in collaboration with our friends from @TrackBrewingCompany in Manchester, UK. We brewed it with oats and a kiss of milk sugar and hopped it excessively with Citra, Riwaka and Rakau. We taste notes of tangerine, mango juice and lychee. The delicate dose of milk sugar adds a creamy mouthfeel without making it sweet overall.
