Just about the only negative about this rod (and I'm probably being a little over-scrupulous here) is that there are some very small digs in the cork from where the snake guides have pressed into it while the rod was in the tube

Peerless #3 Fly Reel EF Payne Rod Company Just about the only negativeA very nice Peerless #3 fly reel, 3 1 4" diameter and set up for RHW. The reel weighs 5. 5 ounces on my scale. Excellent lightly used condition with just a few very tiny trace marks on the frame edges, as well as some mounting marks on the foot. The reel has been very well cared for. 1" spool width. A nice classic S handle style reel. Non adjustable fixed drag. The sideplate is ventilated on the cranking side. The frame, foot, and spool are silver.
