The sense of pure evil the way only Cave can do it lives and blossoms the best on this fantastic album from '88. 'Tender Prey' were formed along with the writings of Caves beautiful, yet hurrifiyng novel 'And The Ass Saw The Angel' published a year later in '89, and the two clearly takes inspiration from one another.
