Grown on steep, east facing slopes at 250300m altitude, this pale yellow wine offers a fresh, fruity nose of ripe peach, citrus, and honey. On the palate, its dry yet gourmet, with refined notes of white flowers and honey. A perfect match for fish in sauce, shellfish, creamy poultry dishes, and goat cheese.
