This is the most recent beer that they have intuitively collaborated on. After a year of oak ageing, a beautiful mixed fermentation Saison emerged, which was then blended with a portion of three year old lambic. Dry and oaky with subtle fruit and spicing to the fore, this beer is well worth the wait.
