Domaine JEAN-MARC BOULEY Volnay 1er Cru "Carelle sous la Chapelle" 2020 Champagne The aromas of chocolateWine Region: Burgundy France Grape: Pinot Noir Tasting notes: The 2020 Volnay 1er Cru Carelle sous la Chapelle unwinds in the glass with generous aromas of ripe plums and berries mingled with licorice and spices. Medium to full bodied, supple and enveloping, its rich, fleshy attack segues into an ample mid palate, followed by a vibrant, mineral finish that reflects this sunny site's shallow soils.
