Then it's time to take the liquid back to our preferred drinking strength (43%abv) We do this by adding water that has been filtered in house using a reverse osmosis system

Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary Gin 70cl 5cl Every part of this process41%abv "Fresh & Zesty" Copper Distilled in Small Batches using 12 Botanicals including Fresh Rosemary and Pink Grapefruit Peel. Using a vapour infusion technique, we gently extract the desired flavours and botanical oils to create a mouth watering, highly concentrated, clean Spirit. Fresh Floral notes are created from the use of garden grown Rosemary and Natural sweetness is achieved from the fresh pink grapefruit zest.
