Following the PR sessions and an approximately 70-hour abstinence period where animals did not receive fentanyl or semaglutide, the semaglutide-experienced ShA animals completed a dose-response assessment while receiving a 2.5 g/kg/inf (i.v.) dose of fentanyl and escalating doses of saline (0.9%, s.c.) and semaglutide (0.01-0.1 mg/kg, s.c.)
