This case study , published in 2023, describes three female patients taking semaglutide who visited their healthcare clinic due to severe mouth dryness, as well as minimal frothy saliva. After underlying medical problems were excluded (such as low water intake or a condition called Sjogrens disease) as the cause, the females were diagnosed with hyposalivation (dry mouth)
