Masseria Li Veli: Askos Susumaniello 2022 Bos Food and poultryUnder the name Askos, Li Veli brings together a project in which long forgotten, indigenous grape varieties are rediscovered and cultivated in the ideally selected terroir for each. The red Susumaniello grape is said to originate from the nearby Dalmatian coast and is today one of the most exciting grape varieties in Apulia, although it is rarely vinified as a single variety.
