The youngest distillates have matured for at least 8 years in small oak barrels, with a further maturation in barrels that previously held Sauternes . Aroma: Fruity notes, floral tones and a certain sweetness complement each other in the fragrance, honey, acacia blossoms, apple and a hint of nutmeg. Taste: Fruity and sweet, with prominent notes of apple and honey, nuts and herbs.
