It is difficult for me to say whether this is handmade lace or machine stitched. You have probably heard of Schiffli lace, which is also known by its not so beautiful name: chemical lace. Fits an approximate size small, and totally wearable, though as with any old garment, it should be worn with care. Measurements, taken laid
