Latex and Feather Collar Swimsuit There are so many waysThe base of this collar is crafted with extra thick interfacing, lined with rubber, and then detailed with two layers of extra long rooster feathers. Ties around the back with thick latex straps so it can be work with any garment and is easily adjustable. Shown here in black, available in any color ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All items are made to order in our NYC based design studio by the head designer, Kayla Lael, and a small team of assistant designers.
