Not only do these cost twice what you pay for Study but they also get pretty ruined by countermagic

I also kind of wanted it to be able to cast Ancestral Recall and Lightning Bolt if anyone cast the spell triggering it, but I kind of feel like that would make the card too central to everyones attention and it wouldnt really be an effect that feels like it belongs to a 2/2 for 2

It's a good card to have for buffing creatures and silencing opponents

It is going to heavily impact your drafting as uncommon creatures like Recruitment Officer need to be a priority, as do artifact creatures
