A 2/2 for 2B is barely acceptable for Limited, and the condition that you must control a vampire to enable blocking is nonsense

Scar - Finally King Card 239/204, Steel Ink As if one had any doubts to whether Scar was a good guy instead of a villain, his menacing grin as he plays with a skull, likely from one of his own victims, certainly casts a dark vibe on this image
The card graded at a 'Near Mint/Mint+' 8.5 by CGC was autographed directly by Rush - unlike the signed protective cases of the previous record-setting cards - and featured a blank card back in keeping with the 'whiteback' artist proofs provided to MTG illustrators
Since damage persists in the form of counters, their 3/3 would effectively turn into a 3/1, but there is no real difference between a 3/3 and a 3/1 when wed challenge it with our 3/4 on the subsequent turn
Being perfectly technical, you would have to say something like "the source of the ability that exiled this card" instead of "the permanent that exiled this card", but I think this change in wording is much more legible and worth committing to the rules statement "A permanent has exiled another card if it was the source of an ability that exiled that card." More critically though, there's a bit of a who's on first sort of pronoun game going on in this wording
