A simple workflow is to generate the artwork first, then place it into your preferred card frame or mockup

Its clear this card got added for its desirability in constructed formats, more so than its use in 2X2 limited, much like the Thrumming Stone which hasnt been printed in a regular set since Coldsnap (2006)
