This card does work great with 002-148 since you can heal as many character as you have with it

At least Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir is slightly difficult to cast

Lorcana traditionally pits players against one another, so this version is a nice changeup for those who want to try working together for a change

It even has some cute interactions with Deaths Shadow and Lurrus, since you are able to loop the card by casting it every end step with Lurrus, and flashing Dress Down in after attacking with Deaths Shadow can give you lethal out of nowhere

Lastly, sometimes Chancellor of the Annex is your draw step

On paper it has everything thats needed to be a sweet one, I feel it just hasnt found the right shell yet
