Making this cost just double green doesnt sound totally implausible, and even if it only costs 5 or 6, its still a very strong play

Essentially, it is impossible for me to play Palkia within the first few months of joining the beta, unless I either migrate my PTCGO account, or buy and redeem hundreds of code cards (check out PoTown Store if you need codes )
