The issue is that at higher-power tables, Cascade can become easier to manage or disrupt, especially if the deck is not built carefully
That is entirely due to its self-fueling ability, but the fact that it only costs one mana is a huge plus
Tron is the archetype now main-decking copies of Trinisphere, which you'd think would normally be a firm sideboard card
I also like this in Mono-Blue Aggro and Tempo where you can copy an early drop with evasion like Spiketail Hatchling and draw two cards when swinging over the fences
