Dont get me wrong, there are still some very good budget options, it is just that the non-budget options are much better cards, obviously
Momirs Worldly Tutor-trigger whenever you cast a green spell makes for an easily repeatable tutor which combos well with Simic spells, since the second ability resolves after youve tutored the card to the top of your library
Sacrifice A significant weakness of Black is that you can defeat yourself or at least make it easier for your opponent to do so, making sacrificing something of a double-edged sword
I personally enjoy how this deck can become a pseudo-Psychic-type deck because it plays a couple of copies of Mewtwo & Mew-GX (Unified Minds), which really opens this deck up
