My vote goes No. We all knew how much of a hassle this card was when it was in Gust of Wind form, so much that over the years it decreased in effectiveness to Doublegust, then Pokmon Reversal, then Pokmon Catcher
Sideboard changes Distended Mindbender I cut it because it is too clunky in my opinion
