Leonard. Aluminum frame and spool, German silver screws, handle arm, and foot, and hard rubber sideplates. 3 inch diameter, measured pillar to pillar. No cracks in the hard rubber. Crisp, clean click. The unmarked reel foot is full length and unmolested. The on off click switch works fine. The Philbrook & Paine patent number is stamped clearly on
