Foradori 'Fuoripista' Pinot Grigio Vigneti dell Dolomiti 2023 750ml 2023 keeping the “AB” tradition aliveThis wine is the result of a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, a biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano. The name translates to "off the path" and indicates its' atypical treatment of one of Italy's most famous grapes. The grapes are destemmed but not pressed: whole berries ferment spontaneously and age in clay amphorae for eight months.
