Haworthia tessellata Caudiciform Ceraria pygmaea Family: DidiereaceaeHaworthia tessellata Also known as Haworthia venosa. A beautiful reddish brown species with triangular leaves. The undersurface is a solid dark reddish brown. The upper surface is translucent with irregular veins. It kind of looks like lizard or snake skin! Forms clumps readily. Plants flower off and on all year round. Haworthias are primarily winter growers so give more water in the cooler months and less during the hot months. Too much summer water
