and looking as if floating-- what really makes it for me are the two fingerprints (caught on the vitrine glass

Soulful Face Planter in Shiny Brown Glaze, Signed, 1975 car and the wide back flippersQuite an expressive and soulful face on this hand sculpted vessel, which I take for a planter, but could certainly function as a vase or a lid less cookie jar! Signed what looks like CM on the underside and dated 1975. He looks both empathetic and empathizing to me, like a poet or perhaps a therapist! This one also with many others today from the estate of an artist in Rockport, MA. 7 1 4" t x 7 5 8" w x 8 1 4" deep. Very good condition.
