Ronchi di Cialla Rose di Cialla 2025 Region - Beaujolais aged cheesesFresh, persistent and fruity, complemented by citrus notes and minerals. Very balanced acid framework. Maceration on the skins lasts for 18 hours, followed by very soft pressing. Fermentation of the free run mist occurs in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging on the lees takes 4 months with batonage 3 times a week.
