Chateau Oumsiyat Jaspe valentines The family knowledge of FrenchChateau Oumsiyat harvest their grapes for their Jaspe from their Bekaa Valley vineyard at an altitude of 1000m, with calcareous clay soils. An extended ripening period, concentrates flavours and aromas. A harmonious blend of Cinsault, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah which each bring their own qualities to the wine during the winemaking process. Once blended it's gently filtered prior to bottling.
