Turnbull Caged Spool Reel 3 1/2" 10' Excellent condition throughoutFor sale here is a 1920's vintage 3 1 2" caged spool fly reel made by either WH Dingley, Turnbull or Malloch. This highly sought after brass pin caged reel has an early fixed caliper check, which is nicely blued and adequately strong. It also features the rare "silent retrieve" while having the familiar click on the pay direction. This is achieved via a two piece gear wheel. Stamped "Robert Turnbull, Maker, Edinburgh as well as the original owner's
