Clear Creek Framboise Special Reserve Brandy 375ML Blended clean finishThis Framboise is a distillation of a pure mash of fermented raspberries grown near the distillery, unlike almost all others. It is very aromatic, very difficult to make, and very expensive. It takes up to 80 pounds of raspberries to make one small bottle of Framboise. Fermentation of fresh whole raspberries is very tricky and some years we don't get it right. So, some years there isn't any at all.
